What makes The Palm and Clay Co. unique?

All of our earring designs and artwork are handmade, hand-painted and one of a kind pieces created by me. They are not mass produced and are created in limited quantities.

Earring backs are hypoallergenic gold stainless steel

Earring Care

To care for your earrings, wipe them softly with an unscented wipe or damp cloth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

These earrings are fragile, so please handle with care. Please do not bend or drop your pieces. Please keep away from oils, lotions and perfumes. Do not wear in water.

Returns and Exchanges

If there are any issues with your purchase please contact me via email (palmandclay@gmail.com) and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds & returns will not be issued unless the item is faulty.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS within 1-3 days after order has been placed. Tracking will be sent when shipping label is created. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.  Please note, we cannot be held responsible for lost and stolen orders and for damages while in transit. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office.
