Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted (such as custom pieces or made-to-order items).
During busy seasons or launches, processing times may be slightly extended—we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Method
We currently ship within the United States using USPS.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Need It By a Certain Date?
If you are purchasing a gift or need your order by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout or email us at palmandclay@gmail.com. We will always do our best to accommodate your request
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost to re-ship the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, The Palm & Clay Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by USPS.
If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
